The organisation was managing clothing donations manually, which caused:

They needed a Centralised ERP System to manage donations, inventory, and operations efficiently.
Solution
I implemented a Customised Odoo-based Donation Clothing System that fully automated their operations:
• Configured *Odoo CRM* to manage donors and donation records
• Implemented *Inventory Management* for real-time stock tracking of clothing items
• Customized *Sales & Purchase flows* for donation intake and item distribution
• Integrated *HR module* to manage staff roles and internal operations
• Optimized workflows to track donation → storage → distribution seamlessly

This hybrid SAP–Odoo Architecture allowed the client to extend SAP capabilities without disrupting existing operations.
