Problem

The organisation was managing clothing donations manually, which caused:

•⁠  ⁠Inefficient coordination between teams

They needed a Centralised ERP System to manage donations, inventory, and operations efficiently.

Solution

I implemented a Customised Odoo-based Donation Clothing System that fully automated their operations:

•⁠  ⁠Implemented *Inventory Management* for real-time stock tracking of clothing items
•⁠  ⁠Customized *Sales & Purchase flows* for donation intake and item distribution

Problem

The client was using SAP as their primary ERP for warehouse distribution, while also selling products directly to retail shops through delivery vans.

Key challenges:

•⁠  ⁠No unified system between SAP and van sales operations
•⁠  ⁠Manual reconciliation of invoices and stock between SAP and field sales
•⁠  ⁠Payment mismatches and delayed financial updates
•⁠  ⁠Lack of real-time visibility for van-based sales transactions

They needed a lightweight, flexible system to handle field sales while staying fully synchronised with SAP.

Solution

I designed and implemented an Odoo-based Delivery Management System integrated with SAP:

•⁠  ⁠Integrated SAP Invoices into Odoo for real-time data synchronisation
•⁠  ⁠Implemented Stock matching & Validation between SAP and Odoo inventory
•⁠  ⁠Built bi-directional payment synchronisation to ensure financial consistency
•⁠  ⁠Configured Odoo POS for van-based sales operations
•⁠  ⁠Customised Odoo Credit Management to control customer credit limits and approvals
•⁠  ⁠Ensured seamless coordination between warehouse dispatch and field sales teams

This hybrid SAP–Odoo Architecture allowed the client to extend SAP capabilities without disrupting existing operations.
